Our kits are designed for all levels. Each product page features a difficulty rating from 'Beginner' to 'Advanced,' and every kit includes a step-by-step illustrated guide to help you achieve professional results.
Are the fabrics and materials ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. All textiles in our DIY kits are sourced from certified eco-friendly suppliers, and we use recycled packaging whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout if you are in a rush to start your project.
Can I return a kit if I have already opened the packaging?
We accept returns on unopened and unused kits within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the fabric has been cut or the internal material seals have been broken.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay.
What if I run out of thread or lose a component of the kit?
Don't worry! We include 20% extra thread and beads in every kit. If you lose a specific specialized tool or run out of a unique material, contact our support team and we will ship you a replacement part for free.
