We want you to love your DIY fashion creations, but if you are not satisfied, you can return your unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all components, including fabrics, tools, and instructions, remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Kit

  Securely place the unused DIY kit in its original box, ensuring all small components like needles, thread, and patterns are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
